Almeria vs. Barcelona: Date, Time, Live Stream, TV Info and Preview

Barcelona have looked nearly unstoppable in the early going. They have won all six of their La Liga matches by a combined score of 22-5. Lionel Messi and Co. hope to keep rolling as they head to face a struggling Almeria squad.

Although Barca have been playing extremely well so far, the club’s fellow title contenders from Atletico Madrid and Real Madrid are keeping pace. So any thoughts about running away with the league are on hold, at least for a while.

As for their opponents, Almeria are coming off a midweek loss to Malaga. The defeat left the promoted club with just three points from the first six matches. It would take an extraordinary turnaround to secure a positive result on Saturday.

Let’s take a look at all the vital viewing information for the clash, followed by a breakdown of the top storyline and a match prediction.

Where: Mediterraneo Stadium in Almeria, Spain

When: Saturday, Sept. 28 at 12 p.m. ET (5 p.m. BST)

Watch: beIN Sport and Sky Sports 4

Live Stream: beIN Sport Play

Match Forecast (via Bloomberg Sports)

Almeria: 15.8 percent

Draw: 16.8 percent

Top Storyline: Can Barcelona maintain their terrific early season form?

Barcelona have set an incredibly high standard in recent seasons. As one of the top clubs in Europe and sporting a roster with no shortage of talent, it’s very difficult to get surprised by what they do on the pitch, but it’s starting to reach that level.

They entered the campaign with questions about how Neymar and Messi would coexist and if the back line was going to hold up for another season. Their response has been a dominant start, sending a clear message to the rest of the league that those concerns were overblown.

Barca are still an elite team with the ability to put together a memorable campaign. Messi is scoring at a rapid rate like usual, Neymar is quickly finding his comfort zone as a key attacking asset and the defense has held up just fine in the early stages.

They should continue to roll leading into the next international break. But once they return, the true tests will begin. A Champions League encounter with AC Milan and a La Liga clash with Real Madrid are on the horizon in late October.

By the end of that stretch, fans will have a much better understanding of exactly how dangerous Barcelona are this season. The first batch of results suggest it’s going to become a very successful campaign at Camp Nou.

Barcelona have won their past three matches by a total score of 12-1. Almeria are one of two teams in the league still searching for their first win of the campaign. In other words, this should be a complete mismatch despite it being a road match for Barca.

Ultimately, they haven’t shown any weaknesses so far, and Almeria lacks the overall talent necessary to expose any that do exist. So Barcelona should gain control of the match almost immediately and cruise to another convincing victory.

Barcelona 3, Almeria 0

I would like to attend a master program in Barcelona. I have never been in Spain and I need to know which amount of money is needed. I am going alone and I don’t want to spend money with a lot of clubbing, shopping or fun. All I need to know is how much does it cost a small room (with bathroom and shower), the bills (gas, electricity, telephone, etc.) and food per month or per year.
    Thank you very much.

For my Spanish project, I got Barcelona, and we have to find a place with non-spanish origins in Barcelona. We were going to do the Roman Ruins, but another group somehow already did that even though we were the ones that had Barcelona…
Do you guys know if there is anywhere else we could “visit”????
    thank you soooo much!

Me and my girlfriend are planning to travel to North Spain for vacation in middle of July. We plan to devote for vacation about 7 days.

We will arrive to Barcelona. And we are curious how much of our time should we spend there? Should we go anywhere else in North Spain or should we spend most of our time in Barcelona?

I am looking to go to Barcelona next month for my second visit and last time we went we really liked Port Olympic so looking to stay near there.

I have narrowed it down to 2 hotels but cannot make a decision between them (have looked at pictures, reviews etc)

I was wondering if you might be able to help with the choice?

Its either Hotel Icaria, or Hotel H10 Marina,
I think they are both the same distance from the port, one is slightly more expensive but not enough so to sway my choice. One has a more extensive spa but you have to pay extra for entry to it
Im more interested in the quality of the hotel all round and the room really.

    Can I have your opinions?

    Icaria –
    H10 Marina –

I’m looking into booking a honeymoon In Barcelona and Nice, France and I have a few questions:
    1. I hear that the French Riviera is a little more hospitable to Americans than other parts of France. Is this true?
    2. I did a quick search and it seems that there are very few hotels within walking distance of the beach in Barcelona. Has anyone stayed in the outskirts of Barcelona or somewhere near the beach? I’d like to stay near Barcelona if only to be close to the train.

Who’s gonna win this draw.. Can Chelsea’s back four contain Messi?? not mentioning the “back-on-form” Henry and Eto’o?? or can Chelsea’s attack capitalize on Barca’s “not-too-bad” defence??

Predictions for the two legs please…

for me,i think it’s gonna be 2-0 in camp nou, cause no one can dominate barcelona in their home…. and on stamford bridge it’s gotta be 2-1… cause i just can’t see the front of barca not scoring…so Barca go on the finals…
